Returns

Standard products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt for any reason. Items must be in original condition with all included accessories.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping

Free standard 2-day delivery on orders over $49. Faster shipping options are available at checkout.

Warranty

All Prosper products carry a 1-year limited hardware warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order until it enters the shipping queue (typically within 1 hour of placement).

Price match

If we lower a price within 14 days of your order we will refund the difference on request.
